HOW TO USE THIS JOURNAL
By spending ten minutes a day filling out your journal, you will find yourself more connected to the Quran and the Islamic values that it teaches us to live by.
“Q Stands for QUESTION.
When you read a verse of the Quran, stop to question. Be curious! What could it mean?
U Stands for UNDERSTAND.
Understanding a verse means more than reading the translation. It’s understanding the concepts too!
R Stands for REFLECTION.
We are repeatedly told in the Quran to use our minds to reflect – without it, we can never gain true knowledge.
A Stands for ACTION.
The key to unleashing your superpowers is to use what you know by putting it into practice.
N Stands for NARRATE.
Sharing what you have learnt will help you to remember, and you’ll also get the reward of teaching someone else!
Track your progress using the superpowers checklist at the beginning of the book.
You can even look up the verse at the end of each chapter. Try to apply the QURAN acronym to help you journal more verses.
At the end of the book you’ll find tabs that look like this that you can cut out and stick inside your Quran, so you will always remember that you are an AMAZING Muslim!
