Yes! We are always looking for more distributors for our books. Send us an email with your location, and the books you are interested in and we’ll get back to you to welcome you to the Sun Behind The Cloud family!
Please note that we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us on info@sunbehindthecloud.com and provide your order number and photographical evidence to request your refund or replacement. In the case of a refund, when we have received the information, we will begin to investigate the issue and offer you the refund within 2 days after the investigation. Please provide the method in which you paid for your order.
Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you want your parcel to be delivered to a place of employment (mention the employment address while purchasing), please ensure that someone will be there to take the parcel as the courier will deliver to the place and not the person.
Yes, we do ship books internationally. If you country does not appear on the list of countries at the checkout, please email us on info@sunbehindthecloud.com and we will do our best to offer a bespoke service.
Your parcel will be shipped within 2 days, we will sent out to the address given to us. First Class post is delivered via Royal Main in the UK and usually arrives the next working day. Second Class post can take 3-4 working days to arrive. For international delivery, we use a variety of couriers.
